Andie and Ollie have been teaching Digital Media & Animation for 15 years to learners at a range of schools and colleges. We now mentor creative young people to prepare for employment in the digital and creative sectors in the South Coast.

We have helped hundreds of young creative people as they encounter the jobs market for the first time, prepare for higher education or set up as freelancers to work for themselves. We have always stressed the importance of work-readiness and the importance of realistic and focussed expectations for accessing entry-level roles or getting freelance creative work.

We deliver focussed employability training for those who need help with getting meaningful work experience in the creative sector through short courses and 1-1 mentoring.  Our course have had direct input from a range of professional videographers, designers, marketing experts and web developers to ensure that the content is relevant and will actualy help find work.

Everyone who completes our training course will leave with a professional portfolio / showreel to show future employers, with evidence of marketing and promotional content for local clients.  There will be opportunities to meet guest visitors from the industry and gain access to exclusive video insights from professionals sharing useful local tips to help get noticed in a crowded job market.
