Practical support for pupils that the timetable doesn't reach
We work with SENCOs, pastoral leads, careers leads and alternative provision teams to support pupils who are disengaged, on reduced timetables, struggling with attendance or at risk of becoming NEET.

Sessions run in your school, one-to-one or in small groups, delivered by two Enhanced DBS-checked teachers with SEN experience. Pupils leave with an action plan, a CV and real confidence.
You get clear attendance, progress and destination reporting to support your Pupil Premium, SEND and careers evidence.

1-1 Mentoring
We deliver 1-1 sessions for pupils off timetable to help them reengage with the curriculum. This could be through short creative projects with embedded english and maths, careers advice and financial planning and next steps advice.
Our bespoke mentoring programme is structured to deliver explicit learning outcomes, raise aspirations, and focus at all times on independence and possible careers
Our mentors have experience and links with local industries and attend job fairs and networking events to promote up-to-date local opportunities with companies and charities.
We deliver bespoke budgeting, finance and career information to each of our learners.
Our sessions provide opportunities for pupils to explore different career options, develop employability skills, and understand the importance of budgeting and money throughout.
We actively collaborate with local employers, further education institutions, industry experts, and the local Careers Hub to create a network of opportunities for our students
We encourage and facilitate work experience, volunteering and vocational placements, enabling our students to gain real-world exposure and hands-on experience in their areas of interest
We are dedicated to ensuring that students have the opportunity to explore further and higher education through visits and links where appropriate, along with application support.
Our learners benefit from personalised careers guidance and mentoring through trained professionals.
